Here at Paschima we will guide you to set yourself up for success by building healthy sustainable habits. Our focus is on supporting you to create a healthy life, whatever that looks like for you.
Everyone’s healthy is different but should always be looked at from a holistic approach. Changing dietary and exercise habits sounds simple but is often much harder in execution. By making small easily achievable changes that we can build on over time we can jump off the diet and exercise mouse wheel that gives us no joy or sense of purpose and move our way into long term health. When we talk about a healthy lifestyle, we must also address our emotional needs. You may need guidance on self-worth and slowing down, learning that you need to meet your own needs can be a difficult journey on your own.
You may have specific health complaints or more generalized ailments such as trouble with hormones, high stress levels, anxiety or fatigue learning to look after ourselves has many layers and is an ever-unfolding journey that we can walk through with you.
True health never comes from deprivation or punishment it comes from learning to nourish yourself with food, activity and actions that bring value to your life.
